Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Y CORP (“Y CORP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Unstill mobile application and related websites and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Unstill, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Unstill is operated by Y CORP. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@ycorp.ai.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Unstill, we may collect:
- Account information. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive identifiers and profile details those providers share with us (such as a name and email address, subject to your provider settings).
- Motion and activity data. With your permission, Unstill uses on-device motion and fitness sensors (for example, Core Motion / pedometer data) to detect movement during Work Mode and related features. This data is used to operate movement blocks, challenges, and scoring.
- App usage and settings. Work Mode sessions, movement blocks, debts, resets, streaks, scores, notification preferences, and similar in-app settings and history.
- Token and purchase metadata. Token balances and purchase status related to in-app purchases. Payment card details are processed by Apple or Google (as applicable); we do not receive your full payment card number.
- Device and technical data. Device type, OS version, app version, and diagnostic information that helps us keep the Service reliable and secure.
- Communications. Information you send us (for example, support emails).
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Unstill (including Work Mode, movement tracking, scoring, and sync);
- Authenticate you and maintain your account across devices;
- Process token balances and reflect in-app purchases;
- Send optional missed-block and similar notifications you enable;
- Provide customer support and respond to requests;
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us host and operate the Service (for example, cloud infrastructure and authentication providers), under contractual obligations to protect your data;
- Apple and Google for sign-in and in-app purchases, governed by their respective privacy policies;
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when reasonably necessary;
- Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy’s protections.
5. Motion, Health, and sensitive permissions
Unstill may request access to Motion & Fitness data on your device. That access is used to detect whether you move during Work Mode blocks. You can revoke permission in your device settings; some features may not work without it.
Unstill is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Health-related insights in the app are for informational and motivational purposes only.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may send alerts such as missed-block notices. You can disable notifications in Unstill settings or your device settings at any time.
7. Data storage and security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Some data may be stored on your device; account-linked data may be stored on our servers (including cloud services we use to operate Unstill).
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete certain personal information;
- Export a copy of certain data;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To make a request, email privacy@ycorp.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You can also sign out and manage permissions on your device.
10. Children’s privacy
Unstill is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. International users
If you use Unstill from outside the country where our servers or service providers operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, which may have different data-protection laws.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
